**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a Legal Secretary, you will provide administrative support to our solicitors in the conveyancing department, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the conveyancing team, including preparing legal documents and letters.
  • Effectively use the case management system to produce legal documents and letters.
  • Follow office administrative procedures to ensure a reliable flow of work through the office.
  • Assist with reception duties as required.
  • Provide holiday cover and other assistance for other members of the support team across all departments.

Requirements:

  • Administration and customer-facing experience.
  • Computer literate - MS Word, Excel, Internet, email.
  • Audio typing and touch typing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
