Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conveyancing Legal Secretary to provide administrative support to our solicitors and paralegals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transcribe dictation from a digital dictation system with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Produce professionally presented documentation, including scanning, allocating, filing, and photocopying legal paperwork.
  • Manage files on our case management system, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
  • Handle telephone calls, including liaising with clients and other professional contacts, with a focus on excellent customer service.
  • Support solicitors and paralegals with diary management, including organizing meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with the firm's requirements and GDPR regulations.
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
