Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Development Chemist to join our team at Rowland Talent Solutions.

The successful candidate will lead projects in small-scale process development and scale-up of fine chemicals, working closely with our Research, Production, and Quality Control teams.

  1. Develop and implement efficient process development strategies for small-scale chemical production.
  2. Lead scale-up projects from laboratory scale to production, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption.
  3. Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for research, development, and scale-up projects.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize chemical production.

Requirements

A degree or higher in Chemistry or Synthetic Organic Chemistry, combined with significant industrial experience in process development.
