Position Overview: We are in search of a dedicated and knowledgeable AAT Instructor (Accountancy) to become a vital member of our enthusiastic team and enhance the educational journey of our learners.


Key Responsibilities:

As an AAT Instructor in Accountancy, your role will be pivotal in guiding a comprehensive educational program, crafting lesson plans, overseeing classroom dynamics, and refining the curriculum. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing effective assessment techniques to meet educational targets and document student progress.
  • Delivering structured teaching sessions, blended learning opportunities, and personalized tutorials to ensure student advancement.
  • Collaborating with external partners to design and implement college offerings and facilitate student work placements.
  • Engaging in team discussions, quality assurance processes, and curriculum enhancement projects.
  • Employing innovative and creative teaching methodologies, including the integration of new technologies.
  • Staying informed about academic and vocational developments while maintaining industry connections.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a relevant Accountancy qualification at Level 3 or higher.
  • A recognized teaching qualification.
  • Minimum Level 2 proficiency in Literacy and Numeracy.
  • A strong dedication to quality assurance and improvement.
