Job Summary:

We are seeking two experienced professionals to join our Business Improvement Team within Adult Services as Coproduction Coordinators. This is an exciting opportunity to support the implementation of our Coproduction Strategy and work closely with various stakeholders to drive best practice in coproduction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide training and guidance to teams on coproduction and people participation developments, ensuring a clear understanding of the importance of user involvement in service design.
  • Recruit, train, and support volunteer 'champions' to act as local ambassadors for our services, promoting coproduction and people participation.
  • Capture learning and best practices in a clear and sharable format, informing the future design of Adult Social Care activities and contributing to the development of evidenced-based practice.
  • Ensure user involvement is central to all work, fostering a culture of coproduction and people participation within the organization.
  • Maintain and grow our networks of people that use our services, volunteers, and partners, aligning with the needs of the programme and supporting the development of strong relationships.

About the Role:

This is an evolving role, and the successful candidates will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of coproduction and people participation within Adult Social Care. The role will involve elements of research and project work, enabling the development of evidenced-based practice and informing the future design of services.

As a Coproduction Coordinator, you will work closely with various stakeholders, including service users, volunteers, and partners, to drive best practice in coproduction. You will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to delivering high-quality services and improving the lives of our citizens.
