London, Greater London, United Kingdom Maximum Information Full time
Job Overview

About Maximum Information

Maximum Information operates at the forefront of disaster-risk management and catastrophe modelling. Our team comprises experts in natural hazards, data science, and software engineering, all dedicated to enhancing societal resilience against natural disasters.

We believe that accurately quantifying and predicting risk through catastrophe models is crucial for tackling these challenges. These models serve as advanced numerical tools that integrate scientific, statistical, engineering, and economic elements to assess and manage the impacts of natural hazards like hurricanes, earthquakes, and wildfires. While these models are utilized by leading financial institutions, aid organizations, and governments, there remains a significant opportunity to expand their use among various potential user groups.

Our suite of SaaS applications empowers users exposed to catastrophic events to build robust decision-making capabilities, enabling them to mitigate and adapt to risks effectively.

We pride ourselves on our collaborative approach, working closely with non-profit and academic sectors. Our industry-experienced team is committed to developing open-access disaster risk methodologies that are both cost-effective and sustainable, partnering with esteemed organizations.
