Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through inside sales and lead generation activities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive revenue growth
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales and business development activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of the domestic and commercial services industry
- Experience in customer relationship management
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, plus an uncapped commission scheme and a financial bonus based on targets met. You will also receive a company-provided laptop, mobile phone, and fuel allowance, as well as 29 days paid flexible holidays per year and company social events.
