At Reed, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maritime Personnel Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our crewing department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless deployment and management of qualified mariners for our company-contracted vessels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify crew credentials and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for mariners, including air, ground, and water taxi transportation
  • Arrange accommodations for crew during transit or rest periods
  • Input and verify accuracy of sign-on and sign-off dates for mariners and vessels
  • Coordinate crew changes efficiently, minimizing downtime between rotations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college courses desired, and an associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a demanding personnel logistics, crewing, or operations administration position
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
