Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.

  • Ensure that our care homes are compliant with all relevant regulations and standards, including CQC requirements.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a care management role, preferably in a residential care setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards, with the ability to ensure compliance in our care homes.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
