We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our alternative education model, focusing on PSHE and SEND curriculum development. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with our schools and residential homes to ensure all young people access education.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in PSHE curriculum development, supporting students with SEND, and holding QTS or QTLS qualifications. They will also have a strong understanding of safeguarding and the ability to work with local authorities.
