Advancing People Multilingual is seeking a highly skilled Credit Control Team Leader to join their client's finance department in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire.

As a Credit Control Team Leader, you will be responsible for the proactive management of credit with clients and key customers across EMEA, while providing focus, motivation, and development to your team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage aged debt, providing focus and drive to the team, and resolving specific issues.
  • Review and implement action plans for 90-day + debt, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Motivate and drive team performance, setting monthly targets and monitoring progress.
  • Coach and train team members, conducting regular call appraisals and providing feedback.
  • Review ledgers with team members, ensuring all accounts have a fluid action plan, and advising on necessary actions.
Person Specification:
  • Previous experience as a Credit Controller or Collections Advisor.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.
  • Numerical accuracy, strong communication skills, and a resilient nature.
  • Good computer skills and a positive attitude.

This is a full-time permanent position offering an annual salary of up to £35,000, plus attractive company benefits. The successful candidate will be required to work in the office 2 days a week in Nottingham.
