About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employment Specialist to join our Vario team at Pinsent Masons. As a key member of our MLS Delivery team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of a world-class legal service to our practice groups and external clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our lawyers with complex technical work and client relationship activity as a subject matter expert.
  • Lead the delivery of small to medium-scale projects and lower complexity matters in collaboration with LPMs and/or practice group fee earners.
  • Supervise and quality check the work of more junior colleagues.
  • Mentor junior members of the team and support their upskilling.
  • Support the Senior Specialist and Delivery Manager to develop and implement new Employment work services and solutions.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience of working on Employment work types.
  • Broad experience of working in a large, commercial law firm.
  • Understanding of levels of service and capabilities required in alternative delivery models.
