Your Role as an Early Years Professional
As an Early Years Professional, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and engaging learning experience for the children in our Mini Moon room. You will work alongside a dedicated team of educators to deliver high-quality care and education that meets the needs of each individual child.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care and support to toddlers, ensuring their safety, well-being, and happiness.
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning through play, creativity, and exploration.
- Create a warm and welcoming environment where children feel safe, respected, and valued.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency in care and education practices.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification as a minimum.
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
