Early Years Professional

Banana Moon Day Nurseries is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Professional to join our team in the Full Moon room. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care to our children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a balanced provision of leading practice education and care, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for children and families.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create an enabling and stimulating environment that encourages children to flourish.
- Adhere to Banana Moon policies and procedures, meeting legislative requirements and delivering standards that ensure the highest possible inspection grading.
- Engage with the local community and market the nursery, providing excellent customer care and promoting a successful business with a first-class reputation.
Requirements:
- Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification.
- Must have a clean DBS.
- Reliable commute or plan to relocate to Warwick before starting work.
- Previous experience working in a nursery (desirable).
