Your Role

Key Responsibilities

In your capacity as a Lead Construction Project Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with the Project Quantity Surveyor, providing essential insights to facilitate accurate reporting on the financial health of the project. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Formulating Method Statements and Risk Assessments in conjunction with the Safety Plan, ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations as the Principal Contractor.
  • Offering guidance and support to all team members.
  • Overseeing labor management to maintain optimal productivity levels.
  • Accelerating the release of materials and information from the design team.
  • Adhering to the company's Quality Procedures and Manual.
  • Effectively managing all subcontractors and supply chain partners.
  • Ensuring the quality of work is upheld, delivering a building free of defects.

About You

You will possess prior leadership experience within the construction sector, complemented by a degree in a relevant built environment discipline or equivalent trade knowledge. Your ability to oversee projects from initiation to completion, while demonstrating a commitment to Health & Safety and quality assurance, will be paramount. Above all, you will be a confident communicator, capable of articulating complex concepts to subcontractors and clients across all business levels.
