We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team at Randstad Construction Property Engineering.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing pre and post-contract strategies, managing commercial functions, and overseeing contract reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the projects' commercial aspects, ensuring compliance with all contract obligations.
  • Oversee procurement, sub-contract orders, managing supply chain, measurements, and valuations, contractual notices, and valuing change.
  • Prepare and submit monthly cost reports, procurement strategy updates, and progress reports.
  • Develop and implement internal and external tender stages and delivery strategies.
  • Agree on external valuations upstream/downstream to maintain positive project cash flow.
  • Produce and agree on main and subcontract final accounts.
