About the Role: JEM Childcare Solutions is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Room Leader to manage our bustling Baby Unit, ensuring a nurturing and stimulating environment for our little ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and oversee the operations of a large and busy nursery room.
- Collaborate with the Room Leader to implement high-quality care and education.
- Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages children's development and learning.
- Guide and mentor junior staff, inspiring them to deliver exceptional childcare.
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Day Nursery setting.
- A minimum of 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and Ofsted standards.
