We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Reed. As an Internal Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, requests, and fielding accordingly, managing multiple outlook inboxes, and placing orders with HQ in USA and expediting these orders where necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Handle customer enquiries, requests, and fielding accordingly, managing multiple outlook inboxes.
- Order Management: Place orders with HQ in USA and expediting these orders where necessary.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues for the benefit of our customers.
- Sales Quotations: Produce and progress sales quotations when required.
- Record Keeping: Maintain precise records of discussions or correspondence with customers using appropriate systems and any plans relating to customer.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external departments (worldwide) to improve quality of service.
- Administrative Duties: Produce invoices and follow end of month procedures, as well as perform administrative duties as required within the role.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales and customer service.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
