Job Title: Purchasing Coordinator

We are working with our client, CDM Recruitment Ltd, to find a skilled Purchasing Coordinator to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing purchasing and associated administration, maintaining company systems and process compliance, and coordinating all purchasing-related inquiries and support auditing and quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process purchasing and associated administration tasks
  • Maintain company systems and process compliance
  • Coordinate all purchasing-related inquiries and support auditing and quality initiatives
  • Project reporting and supportive administration
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively

Requirements:

  • Background in purchasing and/or business administration
  • Data input experience
  • Good IT skills and Excel ability
  • Good organizational and communication skills
