We are seeking ambitious individuals to fill the role of a Recruitment Consultant, working alongside experienced professionals to manage the full 360 process. This includes sourcing and head-hunting white collar construction professionals, assessing their suitability, arranging interviews, and building relationships with clients.
The primary objective of the Recruitment Consultant role is to provide day-to-day candidate control, candidate generation, identifying and exploring exciting business opportunities.
- Fill live job openings with candidates who have been thoroughly vetted and referenced.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- Request certificates for candidates and add them to their files.
- Resource and generate candidates using various job boards, networking, headhunting, and industry connections.
- Ensure all time sheets for your division are submitted on time, accurate, and sent to payroll for processing on a weekly basis.
- Format CVs and create candidate profiles.
- Visit clients to gather information about their projects and operations.
- Conduct site visits to meet with candidates.
