Role Overview

In a rapidly evolving global landscape, organizations must stay ahead of the curve, adapting to technological and socio-economic changes. As we expand across various sectors, we seek a skilled Senior Strategy Consultant to join our Enterprise Model and Strategy team.

This position will focus on delivering subject matter expertise and leadership in Cost Transformation and Enterprise Performance Management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of large-scale and intricate projects, collaborating with team members and clients to swiftly identify and address business challenges and potential solutions.
  • Develop and present insightful and actionable recommendations grounded in solid evidence that withstand client scrutiny.
  • Cultivate robust, enduring client relationships as a trusted advisor at all organizational levels.
  • Mentor, develop, and manage team members throughout project delivery.
  • Drive business development opportunities for the Enterprise Model & Strategy practice, encompassing strategy formulation and execution, operational models, processes, and organizational design.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in our sub-brands to innovate new product and service strategies, enhancing the integration of design-led thinking, strategy, and operations.
  • Contribute to the growth of the Enterprise Model & Strategy team through effective leadership and recruitment support at all levels.
  • Leverage a strong understanding of current strategic transformation trends to enhance client delivery.
  • Ensure accountability for the successful delivery of strategic transformation projects within the Enterprise Model & Strategy domain and drive further account development.
  • Engage in business development by utilizing existing relationships and networks to achieve targeted revenue goals for Invent.

Desired Qualifications

As a Senior Strategy Consultant, you will leverage your delivery experience, communication skills, and stakeholder management expertise to assist clients in innovating and developing new strategies. You will build lasting client relationships and work closely with them to design and implement new business and operational models, often employing an agile approach. Additionally, you will contribute to the internal development of client propositions and support the operations of the Enterprise Model and Strategy team, including recruitment and training initiatives.

You should possess experience in delivering transformation projects across various industries, along with an agile mindset and familiarity with relevant tools and techniques. Effective communication and collaboration with all organizational levels are essential for driving innovation and implementing new models. You will also need to be aware of market trends and client challenges to facilitate sustainable organizational transformations.

Your qualifications should include:

  • Experience in consulting or management with a proven track record in strategy, business model, and organizational design work.
  • A Chartered Accountant or equivalent with expertise in Cost Transformation and Enterprise Performance Management.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of fostering relationships with senior executives.
  • Experience in team building and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinking capabilities to identify and address business challenges collaboratively.
  • Analytical skills to develop and present actionable insights based on robust evidence.
  • Proven ability to lead and execute project workstreams effectively.
  • Commercial acumen to identify opportunities and shape successful deals.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving measurable business outcomes.
