Mace is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Consult business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-profile projects and programmes in the xxx sector.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the xxx sector. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with the Project Execution Plan.
  • Lead and supervise project teams to achieve strategic project key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor and actively engage in Health, Safety and Wellbeing aspects of the project at all stages.
  • Prepare and modify project plans as necessary.
  • Oversee project timeframes and project budgets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure robust quality systems are in place.
  • Lead relevant meetings and site walks.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify and manage risks.
  • Effectively coordinate and communicate with all project parties.
  • Document and track project changes.

Requirements

  • Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the xxx sector.
  • Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
  • Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
