POSITION TITLE: EMEA HR Partner

SALARY: £50,000-£55,000

Company Overview: We are a leading organization in the Consumer Electronics sector, focusing on accessories, peripherals, and wireless technology. As we expand our operations, we are seeking an EMEA HR Partner to enhance our HR capabilities across the region.

WORKING ARRANGEMENT: Remote

LOCATION: UK – Remote

ROLE REQUIREMENTS: EMEA HR Partner

This position will facilitate the comprehensive HR lifecycle processes within the designated business area, aligning with the organization's Mission, Vision, and Strategy. The role serves as the primary contact for all HR inquiries within the EMEA region, providing expert guidance on organizational development and team effectiveness, reporting directly to the Head of People EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related matters, including the utilization of HR tools, processes, and policies.
  • As the EMEA HR Partner, ensure the effective implementation of new global policies by engaging stakeholders and executing necessary actions within your area of responsibility.
  • Assist the Head of People EMEA with strategic and organizational change initiatives driven by key stakeholders in the region.
  • Support the Head of People EMEA in applying best-in-class HR processes, including Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Staffing Reviews, Learning and Development, Career and Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits, Organizational Development, and Change Management.

Candidate Profile:

We are in search of a capable, supportive, and personable HR professional who can effectively collaborate with various key stakeholders across the organization. This pivotal role necessitates exceptional rapport-building skills.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
  • Fluency in Dutch is advantageous, but proficiency in English is essential. Knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, proactive mindset, accuracy, and a hands-on approach.
  • Familiarity with Payroll operations as it relates to HR partnerships is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical abilities, complemented by proficient MS Excel skills, ensuring precision and accuracy.
  • Understanding of Dutch employment law concerning employee rights is desirable but can be acquired on the job.
  • Robust administrative skills, including payroll and benefits management.
  • Experience with Workday (HRIS) is a valuable asset.
