About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Manager to join our Construction team at JCA Engineering. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of contracts, ensuring that works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of contracts, ensuring that works are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations and cost effectively.
  • Develop and implement a self-auditing regime to validate that works are being completed in accordance with the Contract Execution Plan.
  • Identify and generate additional works opportunities on the portfolio of contracts to achieve an additional contract value.
  • Manage contract works in accordance with the contract execution plan, ensuring that all company-wide processes and procedures are fully deployed.
  • Manage contract delivery teams, ensuring that resources are efficiently allocated to contracts for the contract duration.
  • Manage supply chain and sub-contractor performance in respect of the delivery of contract specific services.
  • Identify change requirements and expedite opportunities to maximise revenue and to de-risk contract delivery.
  • Report on contract performance in accordance with company KPI protocols.
  • Manage financial application, job costing, and forecasting update processes for contract sales.
  • Manage close out of defects and liability periods, including release of retention accounts for contract sales.
