**Job Summary**
Skilled Careers is seeking a highly experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a brand new development of 250 units in a residential area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance on site, coordinating labour and resources, and managing material levels to ensure the minimum amount of stock.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure compliance on site, adhering to company policies and industry standards.
- Coordinate labour and resources to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Manage material levels on site to minimize stock and optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure all plots are built to the highest standard of quality, undertaking company-directed quality control procedures and inspections.
- Monitor and control the cost of production, approving payment to contractors and trades where necessary.
- Initiate and attend plot inspections with the Local Building Inspector or NHBC, taking corrective action to ensure a minimum of RI's/BRI's.
- Liaise proactively with internal departments, external suppliers, and partners to ensure the build programme is achieved.
- Work with sales through regular sales/build meetings to ensure a smooth and controlled delivery of homes for customers.
- Deliver a high standard of site presentation at all times.
**Requirements:**
- 10 years of Site Management experience in a volume house building environment.
- Valid CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Scaffold Inspection certifications.
- Resilient attitude and excellent communication skills.
**What We Offer:**
- Basic salary of between £60,000 - £70,000.
- Car allowance of £5,000.

- 25 days holiday rising to 28 with service.
