Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients and suppliers.
  • Provide essential sales support to the Sales Team, managing the process from quotation to order dispatch.
  • Handle incoming communications from customers and suppliers.
  • Perform data entry tasks using Sage 200 ERP and MS Excel.
  • Maintain and update customer and supplier databases.
  • Generate and oversee sales, purchasing, and inventory reports.
  • Analyze sales and purchasing data to inform business decisions.
  • Assist with various administrative duties to ensure the department operates smoothly.
  • Accurately document and store meeting notes.
  • Track freight shipments to ensure timely delivery.
