MTrec Ltd Commercial is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team on a Part Time, temporary to permanent basis. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries
- Scanning PODs onto customer portals and providing proof of deliveries
- Filing and maintaining accurate records
- Checking and entering purchase invoices
- Raising sales orders and processing transactions
- Providing general office administration support
**Requirements**
- Previous administration experience, preferably in a similar role
- Strong customer service skills and excellent telephone manner
- Proficient in Microsoft packages and able to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
