Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading care home in the Crawley, West Sussex area. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess residents' needs and develop personalized care plans to enhance their quality of life
  • Oversee medicine management, ensuring safe and effective administration of medications
  • Ensure a positive resident experience from admission to discharge
  • Document all matters related to residents and employees, maintaining accurate and thorough records
  • Promote a cohesive team approach, fostering a welcoming atmosphere and supporting staff members in delivering high-quality care
  • Support the Home Manager in achieving key targets by promoting and practicing high standards of nursing care
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 to 12 months nursing experience
  • Passion for delivering person-centered care
  • Up-to-date clinical practices
  • Evidence of continual professional development
  • Ability to provide excellent clinical support and supervision to the team
