Job Opportunity for a Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading care home in the Crawley, West Sussex area. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess residents' needs and develop services to enhance their quality of life
  • Oversee medicine management, ensuring medicines are received, stored, and administered according to company policies and legislation
  • Ensure a positive resident experience from admission to discharge
  • Document efficiently and thoroughly all matters relating to residents and employees
  • Promote a cohesive team approach and a welcoming atmosphere to support staff members
  • Support the Home Manager in achieving key targets by promoting high standards of nursing care and ensuring smooth supervision
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum of 6 to 12 months nursing experience
  • Passion for delivering person-centred care
  • Up-to-date clinical practices
  • Evidence of continual professional development
  • Ability to provide excellent clinical support and supervision to the team
