GHD is seeking a skilled GIS Analyst to join our team of professionals in the field of Geographic Information Systems. As a GIS Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our Civil, Municipal, and Environmental Engineering projects by providing expertise in GIS and data management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality GIS figures and maps.
  • Collect, compile, and migrate data sets from various internal and external sources.
  • Evaluate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Develop and implement GIS solutions for the local office, including data collection and delivery.
  • Create, publish, and maintain web-based applications and feature services on ArcGIS Enterprise.
  • Set up Field Map and Survey123 applications for team member site visits.
  • Provide technical support and training to colleagues and clients.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to project managers and directors.
Requirements
  • A degree in Geographical Information Systems or a related field, with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Esri GIS desktop software, including ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro.
  • Experience with ArcGIS Online and Portal environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
