About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our dynamic team at Stonebridge Executive Search. As a Senior Manager - Restructuring and Advisory Expert, you will play a key role in managing a diverse portfolio of case work, assisting partners and directors in preparing and pitching for new assignments, and leading client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Restructuring and Advisory cases, applying technical knowledge effectively in resolving client problems and advancing projects.
  • Be the lead contact for multiple client relationships, balancing risks and commercial opportunities.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for lenders and stakeholders, understanding the market and identifying business opportunities.
  • Mentor team members to deliver excellent client service and foster their professional development.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Professional qualification (ACA/ACCA) with over five years of post-qualification experience.
  • Experience in financial services restructuring, business reviews, winddown planning, and insolvency appointments.
  • CPI or JIEB qualification is mandatory.
  • Demonstrable ability to utilise and interpret Financial Models.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage small teams and report directly to lead partners or directors.
