Job Title: Fabric Assistant

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the Menswear Fabric Manager in a dynamic role. As a Fabric Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring the smooth running of the department, and contributing to the production of seasonal fabrics.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide administrative support to the Menswear Fabric Manager, assisting with tasks from sourcing to production.
* Chase suppliers for key information and track delivery dates to ensure timely delivery.
* Input relevant correspondence and critical dates into departmental spreadsheets.
* Log in sampling fabrics, chase for technical details, and input them into the spreadsheet.
* Collect and distribute department post, ensuring effective communication within the team.

**Requirements**

* Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
* Understanding of critical pathways.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proactive and able to work independently, while also being a reliable team player.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
