Job Title: Agile Project Management Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Management Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and embedding PMO standards across programme phases, maintaining and managing initiative documentation, and facilitating key governance forums.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing PMO standards across programme phases
  • Maintaining and managing initiative documentation
  • Facilitating key governance forums
  • Supporting the production of portfolio-level forum papers, agendas, and reports
  • Assisting with ensuring workstreams and projects have relevant documentation, plans, and RAIDs in place
  • Being responsible for determining, monitoring, and managing workforce and financial requirements
  • Assessing risk, including tracking thematic issues, early identification, and management of RAIDs
  • Tracking outcomes and ensuring planned outputs deliver agreed outcomes
  • Supporting the development and managing integrated programme plans

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable PMO experience, working on business-driven initiatives with cross-functional delivery impact
  • Excellent communication, verbal and written, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent PC skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, MS Project, and Visio
  • Experience collating cross-workstream plans and maintaining central integrated plans
  • Ability to work across multiple sub-teams, divisions, and geography
  • Ability to identify 'hidden' delivery issues and proactively escalate items for resolution
  • Broad knowledge of Group operating structure, Functions, and their purpose/scope
