Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified instructors for various fitness classes, including Les Mills Body Combat, Body Pump, and Body Balance. As a vital part of our team, you will help our members achieve their fitness goals through engaging and dynamic classes.
Available Shifts:
Classes are scheduled Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 11:30 and 17:30 to 20:00, as well as weekends from 08:00 to 11:00. Instructors with multiple qualifications are encouraged to apply, as there may be opportunities for back-to-back sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct classes according to the established timetable, ensuring punctuality.
- Tailor class content to meet the diverse needs and abilities of participants.
- Manage class attendance and bookings in accordance with company procedures.
- Oversee the setup and dismantling of equipment for each session.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance class programming and member engagement.
- Uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.
- Complete all necessary administrative tasks related to the role.
- Maintain required qualifications and engage in continuous professional development.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- REPS/CIMSPA Level 2 qualification in Fitness/Exercise to Music (mandatory).
- Specific qualifications relevant to the classes being taught (mandatory).
- Experience in delivering fitness classes in a similar environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to fitness settings.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
- A passion for motivating and inspiring others to achieve their fitness objectives.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to adapt to the varying needs of our members.
