Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and test repaired and pre-owned mobile phones, tablets, and other electronic devices to verify their functionality and aesthetic quality.
  • Work closely with the repair and sales teams to identify any defects or issues, ensuring that all products are fully functional, free of defects, and ready for sale.
  • Diagnose potential problems, document findings, and suggest corrective actions to improve repair quality and reduce return rates.
  • Maintain quality control processes and standards, keeping accurate records of inspections and tests.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints related to product quality, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of mobile phone repair processes.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: £31,000.00-£39,000.00 per year.
  • Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday.
  • Weekend availability required.
