Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Data Engineer to lead the design and development of internal platforms and data solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, machine learning, and cloud computing, with a passion for environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable data pipelines using Azure, Python, and Terraform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions with machine learning and AI technologies
  • Develop and maintain geospatial data processing capabilities using Linux/Unix
  • Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with industry standards

Requirements:

  • Commercial experience in data, machine learning, or software development
  • Previous experience with Python and its related libraries
  • Experience building cloud-hosted data pipelines
  • Knowledge of modern cloud and dev-ops tools
  • Linux/Unix
  • Experience in geospatial data
