Retail Team Leader

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Stocktaking Team Leader to join our team at C2 Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the stocktaking process, managing teams of stock counters, and ensuring accurate inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate stocktaking teams to ensure efficient and accurate inventory counts
- Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stock discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory-related issues
- Provide training and guidance to stock counters to ensure they meet company standards
- Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inventory management or a related field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel
