Retail Stock Taking Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Stock Taking Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service on our client's sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage time effectively and work without immediate supervision
  • Willingness and ability to travel
  • Deliver the end-to-end stock taking service on our client's sites

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to travel to different client sites each day and may occasionally be expected to stay away from home.

Requirements:
  • A Full Driving License
  • Ability to work unsociable hours, including early mornings or night shifts

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including access to wages from 3 days after shift completion, immediate start, holiday pay, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
