Spire Fylde Coast is seeking a skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join their Surgical Ward team on a bank basis. As a key member of the ward team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support in assessing patients' health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and deliver care to meet individual patients' health and wellbeing needs.
- Support in promoting best practice in health and safety and security.
- Work collaboratively with the ward team to provide evidence-based nursing care.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of patient care needs and preferences.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license.
- Experience in a surgical ward setting or a willingness to develop skills in this area.
