Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HGV Class 1 Driver to join our team at CS & L Group Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods across the UK, providing excellent customer service, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure the smooth delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Class 1 HGV vehicle in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their goods are delivered on time and in good condition.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our operational goals and objectives.
  • Participate in regular vehicle checks and maintenance to ensure that our fleet is always in good working order.
  • Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations and procedures.
Requirements
  • Valid C+E Class 1 license with no more than six penalty points (as well as no DD, DR or IN endorsements).
  • Driver CPC card with no current suspension or revocation.
  • Hold a Digital Tachograph / Smart Card.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • English language skills for safety.
  • Willing to undergo a Background Check (BGC) and Drug and Alcohol (D&A) test.
