Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for winning new business, managing existing accounts, and developing clinical and commercial relationships within the dental sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target key accounts with growth potential
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dentists, dental surgeons, practice managers, nurses, and receptionists
  • Manage a territory with a strong focus on sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand market share
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or a clinical background in the dental sector
  • Documented new business successes and a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £35,000 to £50,000 depending on experience
  • OTE 20% paid quarterly
  • Hybrid company car or allowance £650pcm
  • Benefits package including healthcare, pension, mobile, laptop, and 25 days holiday
