Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager - Field Sales Executive to join our team at Realise Recruitment. As a Business Development Manager - Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities throughout Central Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow existing accounts and manage them effectively
  • Sell a wide range of business services, including Security, Telecoms, and Managed Print Services
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities throughout Central Scotland
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers

Requirements:

  • Proven B2B sales and new business development experience within the business services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full driving license and own car
  • Basic salary up to £30,000 depending on experience, with top performers earning £70,000 - £80,000 per year
