Job Description

Esken Renewables is seeking a skilled LGV Class 1 driver to join our team at our Tilbury location. As a key member of our supply chain, you will be responsible for collecting and delivering various products to support our success as the UK's number one supplier of biomass fuel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and deliver products in our supply chain, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.
  • Work closely with Planners and Operations to ensure smooth running of the operation.
  • Comply with Drivers' Hours Regulations and Working Time Directive at all times.
  • Uphold the company values and brand image, including uniform and vehicle cleanliness and standards.
  • Follow the training provided and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • LGV C+E (Class 1) licence with a maximum of 6 penalty points.
  • Good geographical knowledge of the UK road network.
  • Good understanding of EU Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive legislation.
  • Hold valid DQC and Digital Tachograph Card.
  • Live within 1 hour of the depot.
