Job Title: LGV Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced LGV driver to join our team at Esken Renewables. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for collecting and delivering various products in our supply chain, playing a crucial role in our success as the UK's number one supplier of biomass fuel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and deliver products in our supply chain, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.
  • Operate Scania R-series or Volvo FH vehicles, adhering to strict safety and maintenance standards.
  • Comply with Drivers' Hours Regulations and Working Time Directive at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with Planners and Operations to ensure smooth running of the operation.
Requirements:
  • LGV C+E (Class 1) licence with a maximum of 6 penalty points.
  • Good geographical knowledge of the UK road network.
  • Good understanding of EU Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive legislation.
  • Hold valid DQC and Digital Tachograph Card.
  • Live within 1 hour of the depot.
