About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced HGV Technician to join our client's team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a well-established and reputable company that values its employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out maintenance, repairs, and modifications on a fleet of HGV vehicles and trailers.
  • Provide technical support from fault analysis through to complete vehicle overhauls.
  • Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards in line with strict health and safety requirements.
  • Undertake pre-MOT checks and perform any necessary repairs.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of commercial vehicles and trailers.
  • HGV Class 1 license (desirable).
  • Fully qualified HGV Technician with City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 qualification.
  • Ability to undertake all aspects of commercial vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • Previous experience working as an HGV Technician.
