Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized learning plans to meet the child's unique needs and goals.
- Collaborate with the child's educational team to ensure seamless support and coordination.
- Provide emotional support and stability to the child, promoting a safe and nurturing environment.
- Work closely with the child's family and caregivers to ensure consistent support and communication.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in trauma-informed care and education.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with EHCPs and trauma-informed approaches.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
