Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team at Hays Senior Finance. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of private client tax work, providing advice on a range of matters, and working with high net worth individuals, business owners, sole traders, partnerships, and non-UK residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client portfolios effectively, ensuring an excellent service is provided and additional opportunities for further work are identified.
- Work on complex tax projects, providing advice on a range of matters, including compliance and advisory projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing solutions to complex tax matters.
- Work independently and collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- CTA qualified or equivalent accountancy/tax qualifications.
- Confidence in managing compliance and advisory projects.
- Personal/private client background preferred, but mixed tax experience considered.
- Ability to research complex tax matters and communicate effective solutions.
