Key Responsibilities:- Provide sales and estimating teams with accurate property information and details
- Attend project kick-off meetings and review project objectives and timelines
- Verify project estimates for accuracy and create change orders as needed
- Lead detailers through the detailing process to achieve project objectives
- Provide detailers with property information, engineering solutions, and purchased item details
- Confirm property use and adjust reservations as required
- Submit rental depot requests with accurate parts requirements
- Issue control drawings to approval
- Identify items for purchase and optimize purchasing to meet cost and quality targets
- Submit requisition requests to procurement and provide information for accurate final purchases
- Monitor shop progress and alert production management and sales to concerns
- Ensure production personnel are guided to achieve project objectives
- Coordinate the receipt of all required materials for project objectives
- Review and approve quality of produced items
- Run cost reports and alert production management of possible cost overruns
- Coordinate graphics production with sales and ensure timely and accurate shipments
- Lead detailers to produce accurate setup drawing kits
- Provide setup drawing kits to sales and ExpoServices as required
- Provide ongoing field support to sales and Expo teams
- Upload final installation sets of drawings to GBMS
- Ensure new properties are added to TRACE
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Exhibit Construction/Management, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Management, Industrial Design, or related fields
- 2-5 years of related experience
- Drafting experience, CAD drafting preferred
- Thorough knowledge of spreadsheets, databases, word processing, and graphics
- Ability to analyze information and make sound decisions
- Ability to monitor and control project costs and their impacts on project performance
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Experience using ERP, Work Order, and Inventory Management Systems preferred
- Ability to understand and read fabrication and installation drawings
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
