Director of Allied Health Professions and Nursing

Medway NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Allied Health Professions and Nursing to lead our team in delivering high-quality patient care. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes, safety, and experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Allied Health Professions and Nursing team to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, safety, and experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Trust policies.
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective use of resources.
- Registered and practising nurse with current live HCPC or NMC registration.
- Degree in relevant clinical or nursing subject.
- Masters Degree in relevant subject or equivalent level of experience.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Ability to analyse complex problems and develop practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
