Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to support and coach a small team of frontline overnight counsellors within a fast-paced environment. The role requires high levels of professional standards while working in a telephone environment, adhering to key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and support a team of 15-17 frontline overnight counsellors
  • Work alongside the EAP management team to provide in-the-moment therapeutic support
  • Champion in-house interventions and provide assistance and information on a wide range of counselling subjects
  • Monitor and manage daily goals, service level agreements, and quality scoring
